EGA (European Genome-phenome Archive)

The European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) provides a public and permanent archive for array based, sequencing and phenotype data.
The EGA facilitates the secure distribution of archived data, which is subject to controlled access requirements as a result of original consent agreements signed by the individuals whom provided the study samples.

This page is meant to request access to the NKI archive in EGA. You can request specific data sets referred by the EGA Datasets ID or EGA Study ID
Your request will be processed and reviewed by the IRB (NKI-AVL Institutional Review Board), including the permission of the project PI which is required
